Registering for Queer Dodgeball Toronto can feel a little overwhelming — especially since spots fill up fast! 🏃♀️💨 Don’t worry, though — we’ve put together this step-by-step guide to make things simple.
Our brand-new website will now be home to all our resources (rulebooks, schedules, and more!) through the season portal. But, all player registration, team management, and league communications will still run through LeagueApps.
Whether you’re brand new and wondering where to start, or a returning player just looking for a quick refresher in light of the changes — you’re in the right place.
If you’re creating a new account, you’ll need to first finalize your account on LeagueApps, then set up your profile within our league.
Returning players, if you just want a refresher, you can skip ahead to step 3 for the quick stuff!
First things first — make sure you have a LeagueApps account! Head over to our LeagueApps to get started. Already have one? Just scroll down and click the “Sign in with LeagueApps” option instead.
Forgot your password? No problem — you can request a reset right on the sign-in page, or email us at info@queerdodgeball.ca and we’ll help you get sorted.
Once your account is set up, you’ll see a cheerful little “Success!” page. From there, you can sign in and start filling out your profile so we can get you ready for the season!
Once you’ve logged in for the first time, it’s time to complete your QDT player profile! Fill out the form with all the required information so we can get you game-ready.
For shirt size — if you need a size that isn’t listed, just choose “Other”, then send us an email and we’ll make sure you get the fit you need.
When you’re done, you’ll land on your profile Dashboard. From here you can:
View your schedule
See your invoices (both paid and outstanding)
Update any of your profile information
Your phone number isn’t collected during your initial profile setup, but it is required when registering for a season. We recommend adding it to your profile ahead of time so registration goes smoothly.
From your Dashboard, you can click “Home” in the top right to visit our League Landing Page, where you’ll find links to:

Now it’s time for registration. Once registration opens, you can choose which league you’d like to join and start the process. Before you begin, make sure your phone number is up to date in your profile (it’s required at this stage), and be ready to sign a few waivers.
When you get to the payment screen, you’ll see an option at the bottom to “Skip Payment For Now”. Choosing this will give you a conditional spot in the league. Keep in mind: payment must be completed no later than 7 days before the Draft Party. If payment isn’t made in time, your spot will be released to someone on the waitlist.
