A NEW CHAPTER FOR OUR LEAGUE

We’re excited to share something big with you – our league has a brand new look, a brand new name, and a renewed commitment to our community. This rebrand isn’t just about a fresh logo or updated colours (though we love those too); it’s about creating a space where everyone feels welcome, represented, and celebrated.

Over the years, we’ve seen our community grow in amazing ways. What started as a fun, friendly dodgeball league with some close friends has become a place where new friendships are formed, chosen family is built, and people can show up exactly as they are – on and off the court. Our rebrand is our way of making sure that spirit is reflected in every part of who we are.

We’ve worked hard to choose a name, visuals, and messaging that reflect our inclusive values and the diversity of our players. Whether you’re queer, trans, non-binary, questioning, an ally, or anywhere along the spectrum of gender and sexuality, you belong here. This is your space to play, connect, and be part of a community.

As part of our ongoing commitment to equity and access, we’re introducing Early Registration for players from underrepresented and marginalized communities, including non-binary, trans, queer, and BIPOC players. We’ve reserved 20% (or 2 spots per team) of total league spots across both Classic and Little leagues for Early Registration. If you identify with one of these groups but miss out during Early Registration, general sign-up will open shortly after — and we encourage you to join then!

This isn’t just a policy update, it’s a promise. A promise to keep listening, keep learning, and to make our league a place where every player feels safe, seen, and celebrated. Dodgeball brings us together, but it’s our community that makes it special — and our new identity is built entirely around that truth. So here’s to the next chapter: brighter, bolder, and even more inclusive. We can’t wait to share it with you, and we’re so glad you’re here to be part of it.
